Fashion Film
Letters to my Clothes Brief
In response to the brief, I created a fashion film promoting sustainability within the industry. Aimed at encouraging grassroots action and behaviour change, the film targets Gen Z and Millennials inviting them to re-wear items already in their wardrobes rather than buying into fast fashion.
I carefully selected two individuals to feature: Melissa, who spoke about her mum’s vintage Calvin Klein jeans and Jackson, who shared the story of his well-worn and repaired Barbour Wax Bedale Jacket. The concept was to encourage people to fall back in love with their old clothes and the memories attached to them.
I filmed and edited a video using Adobe Premiere Pro, drawing on my skills in video production, storytelling, sustainable fashion communication and interview-based content creation.
